25 games played
Austin Parks is a junior center who has been a key part of Toledo's rotation, averaging 10.6 points in 25 games. He adds 5.2 rebounds per game to go with his scoring. He does his damage in the paint, not from the perimeter. He has started all 25 games this season.
Austin Parks took one of the longer roads to productive college minutes. The Saint Marys, Ohio native was a highly coveted big man coming out of St. Marys Memorial High School, where he set 13 school records including career points (1,528) and career rebounds (645), was the All-Northwest Ohio DII Player of the Year, and was the second player in program history to compete in the Ohio/Kentucky All-Star Game. Parks earned a scholarship from Ohio State as a top-150 national recruit but saw limited playing time in Columbus over two seasons, appearing in 24 total games. He transferred to Toledo in April 2025 looking for a larger role closer to home. The 6-foot-10 center has rewarded that decision, starting all 25 games and converting nearly 60 percent of his field goal attempts.
