In 2024-25 at Southeastern Louisiana, he averaged 8.6 points and 5.4 rebounds while converting 41.2 percent of his three-point attempts across 31 starts. When he entered the transfer portal with a desire to return to the Pacific Northwest, Idaho coach Alex Pribble called, and Rowbury returned home. In February 2026 he crossed 1,000 career points as the Vandals routed Idaho State 99-69.
