Scott spent four seasons at NAIA Grace College in Winona Lake, Indiana, where he developed into one of the country's top small-college forwards. In 2024-25 he earned NAIA First-Team All-America honors and became the only player at any level in the country to record 400 points, 200 rebounds, and 120 assists in a single season. He graduated as a career 65.0 percent shooter from the field and a 38.0 percent three-point shooter. Coach Matthew Graves brought him to Terre Haute as a graduate transfer to add size, efficiency, and versatility to the Sycamores front line in his first MVC season.
