Jordan Snell is a homegrown Wolfpack guard who grew up just outside Raleigh and has been part of the NC State program since his freshman year. The son of Steve Snell, NC State's director of basketball operations, Jordan attended Panther Creek High School in Cary, North Carolina, where he averaged 12 points, four assists, and two rebounds per game as a senior. He helped lead the Catamounts to a 23-8 record and the program's first-ever NCHSAA 4A State Championship game appearance, earning First-Team All-Conference honors. Snell also played AAU basketball for Chauncey Billups Elite 3SSB. He walked on at NC State out of high school and has remained with the program through multiple coaching changes, now entering his senior season as one of the longest-tenured players on the roster.
