Riley Parker brought one of the WCC's more decorated resumes to Portland when he signed in May 2025. The senior guard from Mandurah, Western Australia was twice named Under-18 MVP of the Western Australian Basketball League (WABL) and won the NBL1 Rising Star Award before coming to the United States via Cochise College in Arizona. At Cochise in 2023-24, he earned NJCAA All-Region and All-Conference second-team honors, averaging 13.9 points, 3.4 rebounds, and 4.6 assists per game. He then transferred to Saint Francis (PA), where he led the team in scoring at 13.4 points per game and assists at 3.3 per game while shooting 48 percent from the field and 40 percent from three — including 65 made three-pointers — as Saint Francis qualified for the NCAA Tournament. Parker has been limited by injury this season, appearing in only one game for the Pilots.
