Tomislav Ivisic brought professional European experience and international pedigree to Illinois's imposing frontcourt. The 7-1 center from Vodice, Croatia, spent three seasons with SC Derby in Montenegro's Adriatic League (ABA) First Division, posting career highs of 7.1 points, 1.3 assists, and 1.0 blocks per game in 2023-24. He represented Croatia at FIBA youth tournaments from U16 through U20 and appeared in two senior national team games during the FIBA EuroBasket 2025 Pre-Qualifier. Ivisic joined Illinois for the 2024-25 season but had one year of eligibility removed by the NCAA due to his professional experience. He made the most of his debut campaign, starting 31 of 32 games and leading the team in rebounding (7.7 per game) and blocks (1.2) while finishing second in scoring at 13.0 points per game. He returned for the 2025-26 season alongside his twin brother Zvonimir.
