Victor Panov is a senior forward and one of Drexel's most reliable scorers at 9.7 points per game. He takes care of the ball with just 1.3 turnovers per game.
Victor Panov's road to Philadelphia was one of the more international journeys in the CAA. Born on May 2, 2003 in St. Petersburg, Russia, Panov represented Russia at the 2019 U16 FIBA European Championship before moving to Pennsylvania at age 17 to pursue his college basketball dream. After a season at Cal State Fullerton and another at Daytona State College — where he averaged 13.3 points and 6.3 rebounds against junior college competition — he took a visit to Drexel and committed on the spot. In his first season with the Dragons in 2024-25 he started 32 games and averaged 6.3 points and 4.1 rebounds, then carried that momentum into a stronger 2025-26 campaign averaging 9.8 points per game.
