Jermal Jones is a 6-3 combo guard from IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida, the son of Jermal Jones Sr. who played at Purdue-Lafayette. He started playing varsity as an eighth grader at Bell Creek Academy before transferring to IMG. After a standout AAU summer averaging 18 points and 8 rebounds while shooting 42 percent from three, Jones became Pittsburgh's first commitment in the 2026 class.
